How long is recovery after surgery for a urethra diverticulum?

Not too bad: I would say a week or two at the most, a better person to ask would be your urologist.

Depends upon surgery: Distal urethral diverticulum can be surgically corrected by a simple cut-back or marsulialization. Diverticulum higher up usually corrected by transvaginal surgery. Best to ask urologist or uro-gynecologist performing the surgery, but either way recovery should be about 2 - 3 days. Good luck.
