Possible gastritis, cause unknown. Discuss with your doctor. Ask about Helicobacter pylori if you haven't yet been tested for it. Good luck.

There is nothing to worry about these results. It is not feasible to say more without knowing why was the biopsy done and what symptoms you have. Wish you good health!
