Falling: First do not fall from 15 feet, you are going to get seriously injured. There is no good landing? The best part of your body to land on is a 10 foot thick air mattress. If not available then you should try to land on the ball of your feet with knees slightly bent and roll forward. Trying to protect your spine and head.

Really?: Well first, don't fall from a height of any height. If you have to fall from a height, try to land and roll to help absorb the fall. Try not to directly land on your heels, as this causes an axial or "spinal" injury and your heels and legs will fracture.
