I feel it lightly, when I apply pressure to my left side chest muscle I feel it, I run everyday and my heart beats are fine, I do not run out of breath, I never feel dizzy. The pain goes away when I take pain killers. ?

So this happens randomly . feels like a kick in the chest it takes my breath . Feels like my heart is trying to stop. literally makes me gasp for air . Some times its just one or 3 in a row kinda feels like my heart is spasming.what is it?
Its like it beats normally and then I feel a heaviness in my chest almost, then my heart pauses, I cough and then it repeats. Should I be worried?
