This can be normal: Many healthy people have palpitations which are related to benign extra beats coming from the atria (pacs). Nearly everyone has pacs but symptoms can vary based on the person (many people have no symptoms). However, best to talk to your physician & get checked out to make sure these are in fact "benign".
