About an hour ago i started to get a pinching and prickly feeling in my chest, mainly on the right side, could this be something wrong with my heart?

Maybe: it is hard to say what your symptoms are from given a short description and not knowing your age -- so the most honest answer is maybe. In general terms, however, heart related pain is often described as pressure rather than prickly, and often occurs in the setting of exertion. Having said all that, we always take chest related symptoms seriously; I would suggest getting it checked out.
