Would it help my deviated septum to get my cartilage reshaped?

Yes: Usually that is how the deviated septum is repaired, by reshaping the cartilage through an operation called a septoplasty.

Depends: There are several cartilages in the nose. Reshaping or removing septal cartilage usually is the treatment of choice for a deviated septum. Reshaping the other cartilages will change the appearance of the nose but not the deviated septum.
