Yes: Deviated septum, a misalignment of the central cartilage of the nose, can lead to obstruction, breathing difficulties or an increase in sinusitis. It may also obstruct the view if you have a concern about intranasal tumors. Generally if you have symptoms or problems, no one need get involved but if you have a problem, an otolaryngologist should be consulted.

Is advisable: If you think you have problems from a deviated septum such a blockage of your nasal breathing , then you should be evaluated by either and ENT specialist or a facial plastic surgeon that does nasal surgery.
