Nasal obstruction: If your nasal congestion and obstruction is intermittent, then its not due to "septal deviation". If there was no trauma to your nose 2 years ago, then you've had the septal deviation most of your life. You likely have environment allergies which cause nasal mucosal inflammation and congestion. You can try OTC anti-histamines and flush with saline, but if it persists, see an allergist.
