Why switching?: Really shouldn't be any, unless you were having problems with loestrin24...Hopefully the switch will fix any problem you were experiencing. If you were not having any problem, you shouldn't have any problem with Desogen (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel) either. Good luck.
