Desogen=Desogestrel: These pills contain Desogestrel (Desogen): APRI, CAZIANT, CESIA, CYCLESSA, DESOGEN, (ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel) MIRCETTE, ORTHO-CEPT, RECLIPSEN, SOLIA, & VELIVET. Other Birth-control pills use a different ingredient. However, ask your pharmacist to be sure. Best wishes!
