A member asked:

What can i take for my premenopausal abdominal cramps?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You should not be: Having cramping just because you are pre-menopausal, i assume u mentrual cramping, assuming you have a normal ultrasound, and no infection, which i would check for , you can use drugs like otc or script motrin, anaprox (naproxen) ds, etc, those are just for menstrual cramps, if the pain is being caused by anything else u may need diff meds and if want no more periods, i rec in office endometrial ablation.
