What can done for lichen sclerosis on the labia?

Limited: Most dermatologists would prescribe potent topical steroid cream/ointment to "control" it. My personal experience? Very good. Patients usually had a very satisfatory result. But not perfect though, some still see scar there, some see thin atrophic scar.
