Yes there seems to b: Women with polycystin ovarian syndrome have Insulin resistance and that causes diabetes mellitus.

Yes: The association seems to be that many women with pcos are overweight and many women who are overweight also have diabetes. The diabetes does not cause pcos, and the pcos does not cause diabetes. So the association is there - but not in a cause and effect relationship.
