Maybe: Stimulants (including methylin) can cause irritability, anger, sadness, anxiety, insomnia or oppositionality. Oh, these are symptoms of adhd in the first place. They can also be symptoms of comorbidities such as anxiety disorder, bipolar disoreder or depression. Your doctor needs to sort through all these possibilities to determine the cause of anger.

Yes: Methylin is a form of methylphenidate, as is Ritalin. Anger is found in less than 5% of those who take the medication. Speak with your doctor about an alternative that is not methylphenidate.
