Have there been any successful instances of brain transplantation?

Not useful: But I have some acquaintances, and relatives that might benefit. Seriously, we are doing research on implanting chemicals into the brain to restore function in neurological diseases, and some surgeries can help epilepsy and parkinson's. I doubt we will ever arrive at the art of switching brains!
