Brain Transplant: First, unlike other organs the brain begins to die as soon as its blood supply is stopped. Kidneys, heart, liver can all survive hours if chilled. Brain can't. Second the nerve connections to the spinal cord and sense organs will not regrow so all of the functions like motion, sight, hearing, speech could not be restored even if the brain was alive. Great Idea: Several politicians, lawyers, and stars could benefit. Unfortunately too complex at this time with too many nerves and blood vessels.
