I hope: That would be great, as there are several world leaders who could benefit. But, sorry, we are so far away that i believe this will never occur.

Not likely: The brain is made entirely of nerve cells which grow very slowly. It is unlikely that this type of transplant, which would require regrowth of all of those cells, is going to be successful.
