It is organ specific: It depends on the organs....very significant improvements in all fields....rejection rates are better.....organ matchings are better and therefore the ultimate outcomes.....pre and postoperative managements with immunosuppressive drugs are better....yet the challenges remained....because we do not have any specific drugs yet.....
