Yes: Laser tattoo removal is a medical procedure and thus performed by either a doctor , NP PA with MD supervision. It need not be a dermatologist or Plastic surgeon but should be a physician well trained in LTR utilizing the proper equipment. I come from a critical care background yet perform more laser tattoo than other physicians in my area because I own 5 lasers specifically targeting colored inks
