Can cellulitis look like just red / brown raised spots without my leg being all red?

Possible: Usually cellulitis is a diffuse redness with warmth and pain and some swelling. If it's only few spots of red and brown its unlikely.

Unlikely: Typically not- that sounds more like a rash. Cellulitis tends to be more of a diffuse redness of the affected area.
