Need more info : Its hard to say much without more history and physical exam. If he recently had chicken pox vaccine, this could be a mild reaction, which often does not have that classic chicken pox vesicular look. Has she had any exposures? Recent fever? Travel? Immunization status? Daycare? We might be able to help in a Prime visit with detailed photos.
