Unvaccinated childre: If your children are fully vimmunized with all the vaccines available, it should be alright for them to play with the unvaccinateds. Although there is such a thing as herd immunity that may protect, in a group, children who are not vaccinated, that is no reason to for parents to withhold vaccinating their children. That inaction almost raises the neglect to the level of child abuse.

I wouldn't: I never let these folks come into my waiting room in over 3 decades of practice.All vaccines have a potential for failing complete protection. I would consider it a risk and avoid it if and when possible.
