Could be lots of things, including endometriosis, ovarian cysts, cyclic vomiting syndrome, migraine, inflammatory bowel, ulcers (especially if taking nsaids for menstrual pain), gallbladder or pancreas issues, other hormonal issues, inner ear, central nervous system.
