Switch from rituximab to ruxience. 1dose on nov 23, which caused nausea and vomiting. dose2 on dec 7. had menstrual last cycle on december 23. no menstruation in jan nor feb. side pain on left ovary side pain for a week. delay caused by medication?

Ask your gynecologist to examine you because of your pelvic pain and missed periods. Rituximab or its biosimilar, ruxience, don't necessarily stop your menstrual cycle and women who don't want to become pregnant are advised to continue birth control while receiving these therapies. Is pregnancy possible? I assume you're on this therapy for autoimmune disorder and not malignancy.
