Early pregnancy: An HCG level can indicate a very early pregnancy - as long as the level continues to rise (roughly doubling every 48-72 hours), then that is a good sign that the pregnancy is progressing normally. A Progesterone level > 25 is generally a good sign of a healthy pregnancy.
