See an OB/GYN: If you think you have genital warts the risk of leaving them untreated and of developing cervical cancer are too high to be ignored. See a doctor, get these diagnosed and have a pap smear done. Also, if you have these, suspect that other stds may be present, and get tested, particularly for syphilis and hiv.

Raised warts: Common genital warts look like tiny cauliflowers that are raised on the surface of your skin. They can be inside your vagina, on the labia, or on the outside skin. They are usually off-white in color and are painless. The problem is that the virus that causes them can also cause cervical or skin cancer later, and they are highly contagious.

Depends: There are two common types: one looks like hand warts, a group of small rough lesions(we called "papules"), the other looks like a group of cauliflower lesions. You don't know what it looks like if warts are inside, like at cervix, only your doctor knows.
