Xray: I would follow up with your pcp and have them examine your back and order and xray. You may have scoliosis. Recommend proper posture.

Scoliosis: Scoliosis of the upper can be the cause of having uneven shoulder. A x-ray of the upper back (thoracic spine) will reveal if there is a shifting of the upper spine which will make the shoulders uneven in position.
