2 wks pregnant: You are two weeks pregnant at the time of your first missed period. That's four weeks gestation. There are usually no symptoms that would make you feel very different at this early a gestational age. However, if by "weird" you mean pain, it is possible to have a tubal pregnancy. If pain is what you are feeling, then you should see your doctor.
