A member asked:

I'm almost 29 weeks pregnant. my belly isn't getting any bigger. i been the same size for two months. is she out of room to grow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your Ob: At your pre-natal care visits, your Ob should measure your belly. The # of centimeters measured should roughly equal the number of weeks. If this measurement hasn't become bigger, you may need an ultrsound to get more precise measurements. It usually doesn't mean the baby is out of room to grow. The belly is able to get bigger and bigger as the baby gets bigger. Best wishes!
