Pancreatitis: Pancreatitis is not genetic neither related to diabetes. Chronic pancreatitis can manifest as diabetes. Indirectly in diabetes high triglyceredemia can accuse pancreatitis. Dm long standing 10-15 years span can develop kidney disease.
