Color change: This needs to be checked by a dermatologist for proper evaluation. If no access, post a photo to better evaluate.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may need excision for the tissue to be examined by a pathologist. It is not causing any symptoms, has not grown in size, does not bleed, there is no discharge and no color change, you may watch and wait.
