Maybe: It depends on why you're waiting and what other qualities you may value in this physician. Often, physicians become delayed (usually not by 3 hours, though!) because of late patients or patients that require more time than allotted. If you have a serious medical condition, 3 hours may be reasonable if you need labs, xray, an ekg, etc. But, i agree, for a typical office visit, that's too long.
