In my state all physicians are required to maintain a 24/7 on call access to patients for emergencies. You need to contact your kids doc or his/her covering doc for such issues. This site features volunteer docs who answer questions about medical conditions. It does not provide scripts/notes or other direct services. Since that drug can weaken the immune system it needs to be monitored by his doc

A virtual consultation with HT is available. Please check with your pediatrician, pharmacy and the other option is a Pediatric urgent care center. Unless there is a chronic condition, the usual course is 3 to 5 days. Please describe if you can, why he needs the medication. If wheezing, watch for signs of respiratory difficulty.
