Nose Bleed Drinking: Drinking alcohol does not cause nose bleeding. But, if you drink excessively, falls are common and chronic alcohol ingestion can cause liver damage. Clotting factors are made by the liver, and may be decreased with alcoholic cirrhosis or scarring of the liver.
