Anchovies....: www.cholesterolcholesterol.com/fish (see amount of cholesterol per each fish here) good fish to eat.The american dietetic association recommends: salmon, tuna, trout, herring, sardines, mackerel . Any health benefits from fish are cancelled out if you deep-fry them in a vat of vegetable.

Most shellfish: Shellfish in general have faily high levels of cholesterol. However they tend to be low in saturated fats and trans fats while high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids. When eaten in moderation the health benefits of shellfish and fish in general probably outweigh the risks.
