Can flat feet affect hip alignment?

Yes: If the feet are flat this may cause your ankles to roll outward. This can affect the alignment of your legs and thereby affect your knee and hip alignment. You may need orthotics unless the hip problem is coming from within the hip joints themselves. Start by seeing your podiatrist.

100%: Definately. Try orthotics or arch supports see if that helps relive any hip pain you may have.
