Depends: It depends on how many of these meals you eat. If you eat fewer calories than you need, you will lose weight. Rough formula-your weight x 10= calories needed per day. If you take in 500 cal less per day, you will lose 1 pound per week. 1 pound of body weight equals 3500 cal.
