Unlikely: This could not directly effect your lupus, but insect bites can get secondarily infected and with lupus and your medications you have a greater risk of infection.

Can you feed them ?: Fleas need a daily feed to thrive and human blood is not an acceptable source. Fleas require their favored host(s) a warm blooded animal. If you don't, it is unlikely they will travel to your residence and bother you. Flea bites are a nuscience but not a threat to you because of your lupus.
