How does niacin work in the help with blood flow?

NIACIN: Is a blood vessel dilator, so it improves blood flow by opening vessels wider and resisting a bit the tendency to tighten up. It is also a good cholesterol increaser by the way. Hot flashes can be tough, but 1 advil (ibuprofen) or an Aspirin an hour otr so prior to taking it will help quite a bit. Excellent supplement/medicine.

Niacin.: Supplementing with 2000-3000mg of flush free Niacin daily can help to control your cholesterol levels quite nicely, even increasing your HDL and converting your LDL to a less harmful subtype. Unlike high-powered stains, though, Niacin has not been shown to effect arterial plaque regression, I.e. Increase blood flow directly.
