A member asked:

Do niacin supplements really help to increase circulation and heal areas with poor blood flow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: Niacin transiently causes vasodilation thereby blood flow increases. This effect is, however, associated ith significantly unpleasant bodily sensation. Again, the dilatation effect of Niacin is short lived.
