No specific answer: Is available. Why are you taking Niacin in the first place? The only way to see is to monitor your blood sugar as you take niacin. Generally, the nonprescription doses are not sufficient to cause any real glucose problem.

Regular dose.: In standard effective doses of 2000-3000mg daily in divided doses, flush free Niacin will have a small but clinically negligible effect on the blood sugar - should not impact the HgbA1C noticeably and should not increase your risk of diabetic complications.
