Tarsal tunel: It is possible you have a neuroma or tarsal tunel.See your doctor. There are tests that can help diagnose.

Nerve conduction : Possibly a nerve in being impinged upon in the ankle: tarsal tunnel. Your podiatrist can test for this and send for further testing if indicated. Surgery may be a consideration if all else fails.
