Fattening up...: Good morning: fat depositing on our mid sections is, unfortunately, a common part of aging. But, it does not need to be something that is out of control or impossible to battle. The first and foremost recommendation is to write down a food diary and get to honestly know what kind and how many calories you are ingesting. Increase your protein, decrease your carbs and overall calorie counts.
