why do i only get fat in my stomach?

A common spot: People typical develop fat in the stomach area. Viceral (or belly) fat is very common in inactive patients who consume high fat diets. It is also associated with an increased risk of heart diosease. The good news is that viceral fat resolves with increased physical activity and low fat diet. Good luck.
