Anxiety: Anxiety can cause all of these symptoms. Nosebleeds can be an indirect effect of anxiety when it also causes an increase in blood pressure. Bodyaches may be related to poor sleep and muscle tension from anxiety. Anxiety can make your throat feel tight and sore. Other medical causes include hyperthyroidism, night time acid reflux, and some rare types of high blood pressure conditions.

Symptoms: Uncertain but I am wondering if you have an upper respiratory infection. Although panic attacks don't normally occur for that reason.

Various symptoms: If nose bleeds are only recent and associated with a head cold, viral aches, and nasal congestion, they should cease as the congestion subsides. If they are more recurrent, dryness of the membrane may be the cause and applying a thin film of white Vaseline would help. Get your blood pressure checked. Stress management therapy for anxiety disorder. See Otolaryngologist as needed.
