Nothing: No food will help you specifically get pregnant. But your health is important in being able to carry a fetus to term and stay healthy during the pregnancy and after. Your nutrition (mom & dad) is also important to reduce birth defects and have a healthy baby. Eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, and beans. Drastically reduce dairy and meat including poultry. Also, folate (folic acid) supplements.

Healthy: A healthy well balanced diet that includes lean protein, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, whole grains. Try to avoid processed foods- they can affect your Insulin level. Try to stay away from too many saturated fats. Unsaturated fats are healthier. Try to eat complex carbohydrates as 60% of your diet. Protein as 20% and try to limit fat to 20% of your diet.
