Writer's cramp: Sounds like activity related hand cramping. Other concerns include arthritis if this occurs early in the day only. Rarer concern is focal seizures but this usually will progress to involve the whole arm.

Overusing it the wro: If you a re using your hand on a daily basis either the way you are doing your work or how u do the work you are overusing the muscles in your hand .Also could be due to an electrolyte deficiency , vitamin b6 , 12 or Folic Acid diabetes nerve damage thyroid issues.
