Brisk reflexes: Some people are born with brisk reflexes. However, if numbness, weakness, difficulty walking or having trouble urinating should prompt further imaging and tests to determine if something else is contributing to the brisk reflexes. A thorough evaluation with a neurologist or neurosurgeon is indicated.
