What would cause deep creases suddenly below neck on chest? starts at shoulder and forms a wide v. they are deep i can run my hand across and feel.

Creases: Dehydration, or other processes that dry skin. Wind exposure etc. Thyroid problem. Unlikely things would be infection- parasite etc.
